The baguette is the ultimate French bread, our baguette is chewy with a crunchy crust. It is the perfect ally to any picnic to make sandwiches with pâté, rillettes or cheese, or topped with cheese and grilled on a French onion soup.
Waitaha is delicious sourdough made with spray-free white flour grown in South Canterbury and organic whole wheat flour grown in North Canterbury. Waitaha is the word for Canterbury in te reo.
This loaf has a moist crumb and a crunchy, robust crust. Delicious with butter and a sprinkle of sea salt, or for any occasion that needs bread.
